Refund & Return Policy

At MoodlyCare, your happiness and comfort matter the most. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The product is damaged or defective

    • You received the wrong item

    • The kit is missing items that were promised

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like skincare items, sheet masks, Ice/Face roll) cannot be returned once opened or used.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank  wallet credit.

4. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different kit, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
