At MoodlyCare, your happiness and comfort matter the most. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

The kit is missing items that were promised

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like skincare items, sheet masks, Ice/Face roll) cannot be returned once opened or used.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank wallet credit.
4. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different kit, please return the original and place a new order.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
